Service Delivery
At Nightlink, we provide digital marketing services—specifically, email marketing strategy, design, implementation, and optimization.
Once a client agreement is in place, onboarding begins within 2–5 business days. All services are delivered digitally through shared platforms (e.g., Google Drive, email, Loom, and Slack).
Refund Policy
Due to the custom and strategic nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has started. However, if you believe there was a misalignment in the scope or delivery, please reach out to us at kart@nightlink.co, and we’ll do our best to resolve any concerns.
Revisions & Corrections
We offer a limited number of revisions based on the scope outlined in your service agreement. Requests for revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly retainer services can be cancelled with a 14-day written notice before the next billing cycle. One-time project fees are non-refundable once the work has begun.
Communication
All clients are given direct access to a Nightlink team member for communication via Slack or email. For urgent matters, please contact us at kart@nightlink.co.
